Why is my attorney taking me to court to withdraw?

I was appointed guardian over my mom since she was incapacitated She died about 2 years ago I thought that was the end for me being her guardian and ever thing. my attorney is going to court that I did not cooperate with him I don't owe him any money and I done ever thing he said What do you think he is up to. I ask him why and he said it was just business. Thanks
