Did Uwe Boll actually bring anyone to court for downloading Far Cry?

I know the German director had a law firm send out requests for a settlement in the matter, I got one...but is there any web post on someone who was actually brought to court? There are literally hundreds of websites about the issue, but I have yet to find a single one who actually was brought to court, just people who either payed the settlement or ignored it completely thinking it was a scam. It IS very real, but can anyone provide a link or anything in regards to someone who DID have to goto court?
