My fiance is on an immigration hold and has a court date coming up in suffolk and is out of state?

due to being deported. He originally went to turn himself in because he missed a court date that he was unaware of and thought that it would look better if he turned himself in. Now he is put on immigration hold and is out of state and has another court date coming up that he will miss.. What should I do to keep him from getting into more trouble?
