Army 35F Disqualification?

I am trying to become a 35F but there is one issue. I have a Class C Misdemeanor for Tresspassing on school grounds. (Went on the roof during the day, through the building, nothing was locked or posted.Not that it really matters) Anyway, in the qualifications for this job it lists : No record of conviction by a civil court for any offense other than minor traffic violations. So my question is since Im almost positive that my case was not civil but rather criminal am I immediatly disqua
