Could I get in any trouble for owning these things?

I’m a VERY law abiding citizen, so I don’t own many illegal things, just a few switchblades, hundreds of pirated pornographic movies, a few grams of H, an illegally modified full auto AK-47, a coat made out of human skin, 12 boxes of Cuban cigars, ten kilos of weed, a brick and a half of cocaine, 15 stolen car radios, five M-16s I stole from an army base, 30 sheets of acid blotters, a Glock 18, half a ton of freshly harvested elephant ivory, 14 pounds of C4 plastic explosive, five dead bodies, and a stolen police car, that’s it. Would I get in any trouble if the police found out about any of these things?
