How can you do well in easy but BORING subjects?

This "problem" will plague you throughout life. I am a substitute teacher and frequently find students telling me that they're bored, as they already know the work assigned by the teacher. To that, I respond that since they already know it, good, we can quickly review it & if everyone is 100%, we'll move on to something fun. Rarely do I get to move on since some bored students make mistakes just because they aren't being careful. If the classes are boring and easy, show your teacher that you have mastered the material, then volunteer to help another student or small group of students learn the material too. Don't be one to make common, little mistakes just because you are bored. Sometimes if other students don't get it, the class can't move on, but they learn quickly from a peer. Peer tutoring isn't given enough credit. You can even make it fun!
