Is communityservicehelp.com a legitimate website?

I have to do some court ordered community service hours and since I already work 70 hours/wk at my current job this seems like the best option for me. But I don't want to give my credit card information to this website and then get ripped off. Does anyone know if this site is legit or how I would find out? Or has anyone ever used it?
