On a mission to lose 20lbs. but don't know how to start?

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Never miss a meal and just eat until your pretty much full. Then just do some exercise minimum is 30 minutes a day but you can increase if you want. Drink lots of water instead of soda and apparently drinking chocolate milk after work outs prevents the loss of carbs and proteins in your body. Just focus on eating healthy not organic food, although it is good but just don't eat cookies and junk food.
