Why don't conservatives call out the real government waste?

Your totally accurate in your assessment, however why single out Conservatives as the primary group? Any of this money comes from "Grants", which are applied for through normal Federal Channels and then approved by different agencies, depending on the justification contained in the application. There is NO oversight, NO follow up, by either group. What you are asking WILL probably be made more open and public, when the Republican Chaired Committee's start some very serious and probing questioning of different Departments, such as the EPA, FCC and so on, as to budgets, redundancy and so on. The difference this TIME, will be that ALL those interviewed will be under "sworn oath". These people will NOT be given the "friendly" "let's be friends" sham that the Democrats have conducted for the past 5 years, mostly in the low profile. Let's see how many of these Department heads and employee's end up with "perjury charges".
